Tom Wilson Counseling Center's Online Classes for Illinois

Out of state residents who receive a DUI in Illinois may be required to complete a DUI program in their home state to meet Illinois requirements. If an out of state defendant is unable to find a DUI program in their home state equivalent to Illinois standards, the court may allow an online equivalent. You must obtain court approval from the county court where you received your DUI before enrolling.

NOT APPROVED FOR ILLINOIS RESIDENTS or for anyone with a VALID ILLINOIS DRIVER'S LICENSE.
These courses are for out of state residents to meet court requirements only and are not accepted by the Illinois DMV.

22 Hour Risk Education Program		22 Hour Online DUI/DWI Class: $410.00

You must obtain preauthorization from the court before enrolling. Policies may change without notice, and there is no guarantee that you will be approved for online classes by the county courts.

OPTIONAL: If you are required to attend a victims panel, these classes include a FREE 60 minute Victims Impact Panel session. You will receive an additional certificate of completion for the Victims Impact Panel.

You MUST obtain pre-approval from the courts for all Online Classes.

Are These Classes Accepted in the State Where I Got My Citation? Several states have accepted our online classes as an out-of-state provider. Please get approval from the supervising agency or person before you enroll for a class. Ask "Do you accept classes that I completed in an out-of-state program?" or "Can I transfer classes I complete with a licensed counselor in another state?"
