Residents: Mississippi requires that residents of the state complete the 12 hour Mississippi Alcohol Safety Education Program (MASEP) for first a offense DUI. Online classes are not accepted if you live in the state.

Non-Residents: If you are a non-resident of the state who received a DUI in Mississippi, you will need to obtain approval from the court or probation department to take the following equivalent course: 12 hour online DUI Class. Please call 1-877-368-9909 if you have any questions.

You MUST obtain pre-approval from the courts for all Online Classes.
