The State of Mississippi does not currently accept online classes for DUI offenses.

PLEASE NOTE that if you are NOT a resident of Mississippi, there may be other alternatives. Out-of-state residents should contact the Mississippi Alcohol Safety Education Program (MASEP) at 1-800-678-2534 to discuss their circumstances.  An online class will not be accepted.

You MUST obtain pre-approval from the courts for ALL other Online Classes listed below.
