Alabama law does not recognize or authorize online classes as a method for Alabama defendants to complete their legally mandated classes for alcohol and drug offenses. Arizona residents may be allowed to take an online DUI class if circumstances make it difficult to enroll in an in-person class. Please get approval before enrolling. If you are non-resident of the state and received a DUI in Arizona you must get court or agency approval before enrolling. Arkansas state will not accept any online classes for DWI, Alcohol, or Drug Education. If you are an out-of-state resident who received a DUI in the state of Arkansas or are required to take an Alcohol and Drug Education Class, please call your local court offices for requirements. California out-of-state residents who receive a DUI in California may be required to complete a DUI program in their home state to meet California's requirements. If an out of state defendant is unable to find a DUI program in their home state equivalent to California standards, the court may allow an online equivalent. You must obtain court approval from the county court where you received your DUI before enrolling. NOT APPROVED FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS or for anyone with a VALID CALIFORNIA DRIVER'S LICENSE. Connecticut will not consider/approve the use of online courses for either their first-offender operating under the influence (OUI/DUI/DWI) program or first offender drug possession education program. Delaware has accepted our online DUI classes for their Drinking Driver Program. Please get court or agency approval before enrolling. Idaho approved online DUI / Impaired Driver Education classes. Please get court or agency approval before enrolling. Illinois out-of-state residents who receive a DUI in Illinois may be required to complete a DUI program in their home state to meet Illinois requirements. Iowa does not approve any online courses as substitutions for OWI Offender Education Programs. They will, on a case by case basis, approve courses taken in other states if they are equivalent to the Iowa courses. Iowa will not give anyone credit for taking an online course. Maryland has accepted some of our online classes for DUI / DWI Driving and Alcohol Drug Abuse Programs. Baltimore County court has accepted our program on a case by case basis. Missouri does not currently accept any online classes for DWI Offender Education Programas (OEP) for Missouri residents. New Hampshire does not currently accept online classes for DWI offenses. New Jersey will not accept any online classes for the Intoxicated Driver's Program if you are a resident of the State of New Jersey. If you are non-resident of the state and received a DUI in New Jersey, you must get approval for out of state DUI classes from the court or agency that requires the class. New York does not accept certificates from online courses as meeting the conditions of Drinking Driver programs. Pennsylvania DUI classes are not currently approved for Centre County, Pennsylvania. Please do not enroll if your case is being processed in Centre County, PA. Virginia prohibits online VASAP classes for DUI, Alcohol and Drug education and will not accept a certificate of completion from an online course. Persons who received a DUI in the State of Virginia or are required by Virginia DMV to take a DUI class, may not enroll in an online class. West Virginia prohibits online classes for DUI education and will not accept a certificate of completion from an online course. Persons who received a DUI in the State of West Virginia or are required by West Virginia DMV to take a DUI class, may not enroll in an online class. If you received a DUI in the State of West Virginia but live out of state, you may be able to take an online class to meet court requirements.
